Over Ones

Over Ones is a group for children aged 1 to 2 years. We aim to provide a safe, relaxed atmosphere for you and your little one with age appropriate toys and activities for them, and an opportunity for a cuppa and a chat with the other mums for you.

We hope you will enjoy coming along to Over Ones held at the King’s Centre on Friday mornings from 10 - 11.30 a.m. during term times.

During the session we stop for drinks, songs and storytime, encouraging your child to learn the songs and rhymes as well as sit and listen to the stories. All sessions and refreshments are free.

Children stay until the end of the term that they are 2 years old. We find that by then they have begun to outgrow what we can offer.

Through the course of the year we organise ‘Colour’, ‘Craft Days’, a photographer, put on a Christmas party as well as a Teddy Bear’s picnic for the children in the summer. Making sure mums don’t miss out we organise a Christmas meal just for them. Also we put on a Pamper Day in the summer where mums can chill out in a beautiful setting for a few hours.
